This site is operated by Hestla Construction ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on hestlaconstruction.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, business details, and answers you type into our forms or booking calendar.
• Payment details you enter at checkout are collected by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) if site analytics are enabled.

How we use it

• Transactional: to answer your request, schedule and confirm calls, send proposals, invoices, receipts and service updates.
• Promotional (only with your consent): occasional tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

We do not currently send marketing text messages. If we add SMS, we will ask for separate consent first. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.

Service providers we use

• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — CRM, calendar and email
• Vercel — website hosting
• Stripe — payments
• Google (Gmail / Google Workspace) — email

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

Retention

We keep contact and project records as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of promotional email, by contacting us. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
