These terms apply to hestlaconstruction.com and services sold by Hestla Construction.

Services

Each project is defined in a written proposal or scope of work. If the proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal controls.

Published prices are starting points; your final price is in your proposal.
A deposit (currently $2,500) reserves your build and is credited in full to your final price. Deposit terms are provided in your written proposal.
Monthly care plans start at go-live and bill monthly until cancelled with written notice as stated in your proposal.
Payments are processed by Stripe; your card statement may show the name of the company that processes payments for Hestla Construction.

Provide timely access, content and approvals. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.

Builds may use third-party platforms (e.g., HighLevel, Stripe, Google). Their fees, uptime and terms are outside our control.

We do not guarantee specific leads, rankings, revenue or AI output accuracy.

On full payment you own the custom content we create for you. We keep our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
